1. How long can you stay at each location?
Answer: As long as you want. Just give us a call when you are ready, and we will be there.
2. Do we allow children on the shuttle?
Answer: We do allow children as long as we are notified ahead of time, and if there is adequate room for each person to be seated in their own seat during the tour. Also, please check with the vineyards you plan to visit to ensure that they allow children.
3. Are dogs allowed on the shuttle?
Answer: We do allow dogs on the shuttle with advanced notice, but please contact the wineries you plan to visit beforehand as most do not allow pets on site.
4. Can you leave your purchased items on the shuttle?
Answer: Yes! During your privately booked time with us you will be able to shop to your hearts content, and not have to carry it with you to each winery or shop.
5. What are we doing to ensure your safety concerning COVID-19?
Answer: Here at Smooth Cruzin’ Cab & Shuttle we are strictly following state guidelines for the protection and safety of our guests. We ask that every passenger wear a mask while riding with us. We will continue our normal procedure of wiping down the bus in between each stop, our driver & copilot will be wearing masks, and hand sanitizer will be available for your group if needed.
6. Are there any wineries we do not go to?
We no longer go to Grape Creek Vineyards & Heath Sparkling Wines out on 290. We do visit the Grape Creek Vineyards on Main Street though.
